1. Q: How did you get your job?
A: I worked in radio
for seven years, becoming jaded. I heard of an MTV casting search in Boston. I auditioned in the basement of the radio statioin.
I guess I did great-I got four more callbacks to MTV in New York.
2. Q: Which celebrity/artist
has been your favorite interview?
A: The nicest were definitly LL Cool J, Nick Carter, Ludacris, and Joey
Fatone. My favorite interview, just because it was uncontrollable, was when the Croc Hunter put a python around my neck and
it began to constrict and open its mouth around my ear.
3. Q: What's the wackiest thing
that's happened to you at MTV?
A: The sign outside of TRL that said, "Damien...I want to have your children!"
4. Q: What's your guilty pleasure?
A: Programming 1980s music into jukeboxes at nightclubs.
5. Q: How has your life changed since you started working for MTV?
A: I get to go
to concerts for free, get CDs for free, and go to parties with the most important people in the world...and they never talk
to me. Life with MTV is amazing, a dream come true.
6. Q: If you had to choose, would you
rather lose your sight, your hearing, or your ability to taste?
A: I would rather lose my ability to taste.
I don't really eat much. In fact, I kind of find it annoying.
7. Q: What's one word you
use too much?
A: When I'm about to end a conversation on the phone, I say "I love you," no matter who it
is.
8. Q: Reincarnation time! If you could choose to come back as a person or thing, who
or what would it be, and why?
A: I would like to come back as Bob Marley because he was so true to himself.
9. Q: What's your favorite after-school snack?
A: I really love cheese!
10. Q: What's your motto?
A: Be true to yourself and make the most of the moment.
